  • Not included in move-out cleaning

    – Washing walls and ceilings. Only cleaning of bathroom walls is included.

    – Cleaning of loose items not belonging to the dwelling in standard configuration (available as an option)

    – Removal of gas stove for safety reasons

    – Removal of stickers, hooks, nails, glue, tape, and anything else used to put up or attach items

    – Removing wax

    – Blinds (available as an option)

    – Water trap under the sink or washbasin (optional)

    – Balcony/Loggia/Terrace (available as an option)

    – Garage (available as an option)

    – Floor treatment, such as parquet finishing

    - Extremely dirty floors where scrubbing is required in addition to vacuuming and wiping (available as an option)

    – Grout between tiles is cleaned with a sponge and cleaning agent, which removes soap residue. Removal of discoloration and mold due to improper care is not included (available as an option).

    – Disconnecting lamps, luminaires, and other lighting

    – Interior that needs to be disassembled is done by the customer.

    - Plot, patio, garden (available as an option)

    – Storage and attic space (available as an option)

    – Exterior window sills. Only on the balcony if cleaning has been selected.

    – Between window panes where these cannot be separated

    – Cleaning the exterior of top- and bottom-hung windows. These are only cleaned on the inside and are not opened for safety reasons.

    – Repairing cracked windows

    – Removal of loose items, trash, and anything else present before the cleaning appointment

    – Cleaning surfaces higher than 2.4m. A taller ladder must be available if the ceiling is higher than 2.4m.

    – The guaranty does not apply to window cleaning when the temperature is below -5°C or colder.

  • How long it takes and the approximate timeframe

    Timeframe for the cleaning to be carried out. Please note that this is just an estimate. If the residence is larger than 120 square meters, the move-out cleaning is performed by several people so that it is completed within one day.

    0 – 49 sqm 4-5 hours

    50 – 59 square meters 4-6 hours

    60 – 69 square meters 5-7 hours

    70 – 79 square meters 6-8 hours

    80 – 89 square meters 7-9 hours

    90 – 99 square meters, 9-10 hours

    100 – 114 sqm up to 12 hours

    115 – 124 sqm up to 12 hours

    125 – 136 sqm up to 12 hours

    137 – 148 sqm up to 12 hours

    149 – 159 sqm up to 12 hours

    160 – 169 sqm up to 12 hours

    Areas over 170 square meters up to 12 hours

  • When cleaning a furnished residence

    There are a few things you need to consider if you're ordering a move-out cleaning but your home is furnished:

    – Pull all the furniture away from the walls so the cleaning staff can access the baseboards. We don't move furniture ourselves; we only clean around it and where we can reach.

    – If you would like furniture dusting, you can add it for 400 SEK after the RUT deduction in the booking form by clicking on "Furniture Dusting" or email us if you decide to add it later.

    - For example, if there is porcelain/kitchen utensils/other items inside kitchen cabinets/drawers/wardrobes that you would like the cleaner to take out, clean inside these cabinets/drawers/wardrobes, and put everything back, an additional fee of 250 SEK/hour after the RUT deduction will be added, depending on how long the cleaning of these cabinets took.   • RUT deduction

    RUT deduction and private individuals

    According to the Swedish Tax Agency's rules, private individuals are entitled to deduct up to an upper limit for certain services performed in the home. RUT is an abbreviation and stands for cleaning, maintenance, and washing. To be eligible for the RUT deduction, the services must be included in the household's core activities, which include a home, vacation home, or parent's home. Examples of services where the RUT deduction is allowed include regular cleaning, move-out cleaning, lawn mowing, other gardening services, and even things like tutoring. On the Swedish Tax Agency's website, there is a list that clarifies which services can be included.

    How much can you deduct?

    For those who are not yet 65 years old, the maximum amount per person per year is SEK 75,000, with a maximum of 50 percent of the labor cost.

    Who can take advantage of the RUT deduction?

    The applicant must be 18 years of age or older, have paid tax in Sweden during the year regardless of whether the income comes from companies in Sweden or abroad, and payment for the assignment to which the RUT deduction applies has been completed.

    When are you not entitled to a RUT deduction?

    You cannot hire close relatives such as a spouse or relatives to have a RUT deduction approved. Not even if close relatives have a sole proprietorship. The same applies if you are a co-owner of the company that will perform the service.

    How can you qualify for a RUT deduction? We offer various payment methods:

    The invoice will always be sent via email, so it's a good idea to check your spam folder.

    A no-show fee of 50 SEK will be added.

    A handling fee of 250 SEK will be added for late payment.

    To claim a tax deduction directly on the invoice, you need to provide your personal identification number.

    There are three ways to qualify for a deduction: Hiring a person with an F-tax, either thru a benefit where your employer pays for the service or by hiring a private individual who has an A-tax but does not run a sole proprietorship or hold an F-tax.

  • Payment

    We offer various payment methods:

    The invoice will always be sent via email and it might end up in your spam folder.

    A no-show fee of 50 SEK will be added.

    We charge a handling fee of 250 SEK for late payments from private individuals and 400 SEK excluding VAT for companies.

    For RUT deductions, you need to provide your personal identification number when booking services.

  • Cancellation/Change

    Cancellations/rescheduling must be made in writing no later than 5 days before the cleaning appointment.
    Cancellation should be dona though e-mail: [email protected].

    We do not cancel/change information over the phone. If the cancelation is made less than 5 days before the agreed date for the cleaning appointment, we will charge the full price.

  • Cleaning materials and cleaning equipment

    We will bring all the equipment and cleaning supplies with us. Do not leave your belongings in the accommodation.

  • Key management

    We handle keys in a way that best suits you. The most common procedure is that our staff is let in in the morning, the final cleaning is carried out, and when it's finished, the staff locks up and puts the key in the mailbox/letter slot.

    Of course, you can leave the keys with us in advance if you are unable to come to the accommodation. However, you need to email us to get the address where you can leave your key and instructions. Please note that we are not responsible for keys left in our mailbox, but we are responsible for returning them after we have gained access (this only applies if the keys are to be returned to the mailbox).

    Also send us instructions regarding the key and lock via email. Note! If we're leaving the key in the mailbox, put it in an envelope. We are not responsible if the key disappears from the mailbox (this does not apply to letter slots).

    We are happy to pick up the key or return it wherever is most convenient for you for 250 SEK each way after RUT deduction.

  • Complaint/Warranty

    As a customer, you always receive a guaranty on the move-out cleaning and the work we perform. This means you can feel 100% confident that the task will be performed safely, thoroughly, and securely. If, as the client ordering the move-out cleaning, you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, please contact us via email and we will rectify any deficiencies free of charge within a reasonable timeframe.


    If you want to make a complaint

    Any complaints must be received by us within 15 days of the move-out cleaning.

    Any actions will be carried out free of charge.
    Please note that the warranty does not cover things we cannot access, such as if a taller ladder is not available, or that the warranty does not apply to window cleaning when the temperature is below -5°C or colder.

    We will then forward the information to the responsible foreman, who will contact you immediately. This usually happens within 30 minutes. If the new homeowner or property owner was not satisfied with the cleaning despite your approval, please send us a copy of their complaint via email. This does not apply if the notification is made later than 15 days after the cleaning occasion.

    Please make sure you inspect the cleaning the same day so we can address any deficiencies immediately and before the new resident moves in. We do not compensate the customer if they have rectified any deficiencies in the move-out cleaning themselves. 

    If any additional cleaning needs to be done, we would appreciate it if you could be present to inspect the work with our staff.

  • Insurance

    We are fully insured thru Länsförsäkringar. If an accident occurs resulting in injuries that incur expenses, we will reimburse you for this.

    Our policy is that the personnel performing the task should contact us directly at the office as soon as a damage occurs, and you will then be contacted by customer service. If you discover any damage that our own staff did not notice, we would like you to report it no later than 3 days after the final cleaning has been completed (PLEASE NOTE: The 15-day cleaning guaranty does not apply to damages!).
