General for all rooms

  • Vacuuming and wiping of floors
  • Dusting and wiping of painted surfaces such as doors, door frames, moldings, thresholds, baseboards, etc.
  • Window cleaning both inside and outside. If windows can be split, we also clean the inner surfaces
  • Cleaning of radiators in hard-to-reach areas, without disassembly
  • Cleaning of enclosed spaces such as wardrobes

Kitchen

  • Tiles are scrubbed
  • Cutting boards are wiped
  • Sink is cleaned
  • Stove and oven are cleaned. Note: If the oven glass is double-layered and you want it cleaned between the layers, please disassemble it yourself as we do not do this for safety reasons
  • Walls around the stove, which are often especially dirty, are cleaned
  • Refrigerator and freezer must be defrosted in advance by you, but you can also add freezer defrosting for 195 SEK after RUT deduction. We air them out and wipe them both inside and outside
  • Kitchen fan and vents are cleaned

Laundry room 

In addition to what is mentioned for all rooms: 

  • Washing machine and dryer are cleaned externally. If cleaning behind them is desired, they must be pulled out
  • Filters and compartments are cleaned of lint and residue. Dryers with complex filter constructions must be disassembled by the customer
  • Countertops, vents, floor drain, and other surfaces are cleaned

Bathroom

  • Standard descaling of tiles and stone flooring
  • Toilet is cleaned
  • If there is a bathtub, it is cleaned inside. Please pull out the bathtub so cleaning staff can access behind and around it
  • Floor drain is cleaned
  • If there is a shower, it is cleaned with attention to grease deposits and other residue
  • All bathroom cabinets are cleaned, including mirrors

We give you a full 15-day guarantee, and you always pay by invoice.

The guarantee also applies to those moving into the apartment.

Things to keep in mind 

Plan your move-out cleaning carefully. It helps relieve the stress that a move often brings when everything is scheduled and booked in advance. Our move-out cleaning checklist outlines all included tasks. Make sure to leave the apartment completely empty of personal items. Remove picture hooks, nails, and anything else you’ve installed yourself. Empty storage spaces, attic, and garage if these are part of the assignment.

It’s a good idea to check with your property manager or inspector what is expected to be completed during a move-out cleaning. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Association of Real Estate Agents and have many years of experience in move-out cleaning, but it’s always worth confirming in advance.
